Men's Group

The weight of real-life issues and struggles with sin can be felt profoundly by those who are dealing with them. This isn't a battle to be fought alone. There is a place of transparency, accountability, and support in the body of Christ.

This support group is part of a non-denominational, inter-church ministry. Men’s group is led by Christian men who have enjoyed prolonged freedom in the area of sexual sin through prayer, memorization of God's Word, and accountability. This group provides an opportunity to step out in hope, put faith into action, and enjoy the freedom that belongs to us in Jesus! The Westside group meets on Monday nights, but other group options are available depending on your location and availability.

Please email mensgroup@wchurch.ca or visit www.mensgroup.ca for more information.

Women Mentoring

"Mentoring is a discipleship relationship that focuses on equipping younger believers for the work of ministry so that they grow in maturity and unity in the faith with the ultimate goal of glorifying God" (Kruger, M., 2020).

At Westside Church, our Mentoring Discipleship Small Groups provide an opportunity to meet with other women who desire:

  1. To know Jesus more deeply
  2. To know, understand, and apply the Bible to all areas of our lives and relationships
  3. To be encouraged and accountable in our discipleship and in the work of the ministry within this gospel community.

This is a four month commitment. We meet weekly, in- person for 1.5 hours each week with pauses for Christmas, Spring Break, Easter, and personal holidays.
