RSVP for Sunday at The Centre

For the last several months, our church has been gathering all over the city together in small groups to worship and hear the Word of God preached in their homes, in parks and backyards around the city via our online live-stream service. 

As per the religious gatherings variance, we're so excited to welcome you back to in-person gatherings at the Centre! We want to encourage you to register for either the 9 or 11:15 a.m. gatherings, as we believe that physically gathering together is a means of God’s grace to us. We do, however, recognize that people have varying levels of comfort with this—if you're not ready to gather downtown, we encourage you to continue leaning into meeting in safe and creative ways around the live-stream.

Please also stay home and participate in our online live-stream service if you or anyone in your household:

  • has had a fever in the past 14 days,
  • has returned from traveling to another country and is required to quarantine for 14 days, 
  • shows any symptoms of COVID-19 (runny nose, cough, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, shortness of breath), or
  • has been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

RSVP SPACES AT THE CENTRE

The Centre has been divided into four physically distanced zones, each with a maximum capacity of 50 people. 

  • Zone 1: House Left
  • Zone 2: House Right
  • Zone 3: Lower Balcony
  • Zone 4: Upper Balcony

General registration opens at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. The registration link is at the bottom of this page.

Families & Kids

Kids classes for age 0 - grade 3 are provided in the 9:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. gathering.

GATHERING LOCATION, TIMEs & PARKING

  • 777 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC
  • Sundays at 9:00 a.m. & 11:15 a.m.
  • RSVP/Registration is required each week in order to attend a gathering. You can register online ahead of time or in-person on Sunday.
  • Doors open 30 minutes before each gathering starts. Please be on time!

CHECKING IN WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE

  • No matter which zone you're hoping to join, your first step is to check in at the Front Entrance on Homer Street.
  • Find the hosts with the iPads—they'll ask you the standard COVID screening questions, check you in, and let you know which zone to join.
  • If you want to be in the same zone as others, please check in with your whole party at the same time.
  • To avoid crowding on Homer Street, we ask that you head into your zone as soon as you are checked in.
  • We ask that you maintain 2m of physical distancing between yourself and people from other households.
  • We ask that you wear a mask at all times whenever you're inside.
  • Families with kids can check in at the side-door of the Front Entrance, on the south side of the entry foyer. The Kids Team will check parents into Zone 2 and kids into the Kids Area.
  • Communion will be provided in a safe way by staff or volunteers wearing masks and gloves
  • Rest assured that the facility is being regularly disinfected

ZONE 1 : HOUSE LEFT - WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Check in at the Front Entrance
  • Enter through the Front Entrance on Homer Street (Watch for the big Zone 1 sign)
  • Exit is through the Level 2 fire exit to the Alley (by the elevator in the lobby)
  • Assigned washrooms are in the Ground Floor and Orchestra Level Lobbies
  • Café is at the Level 2 bar (when available)

ZONE 2: HOUSE RIGHT - WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Check in at the Front Entrance
  • Enter through the east Zone 2 stairwell, just north of the Front Entrance on Homer Street (Watch for the big Zone 2 sign)
  • Exit is through the Auditorium fire exit to the Alley (on your left hand side as you face the stage)
  • Assigned washrooms are in Room 1
  • Café is at the Level 2 CG Nook (when available)

ZONE 3: LOWER BALCONY - WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Check in at the Front Entrance
  • Enter through the east Zone 3 stairwell, about halfway down the Homer Street side of the building (Watch for the big Zone 3 sign)
  • Exit is through the Level 3 fire exit to the Alley (by the elevator in the lobby)
  • Assigned washrooms are in the Level 3 Lobby, by the elevator
  • Café is at the Level 3 bar (when available)

ZONE 4: UPPER BALCONY - WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Check in at the Front Entrance
  • Enter through the North Entrance on Homer Street (Watch for the big Zone 4 sign)
  • Exit is through the Level 4 fire exit to the Alley (by the elevator in the lobby)
  • Assigned washrooms are in the Level 4 Lobby, by the elevator
  • Café is at the Level 4 bar (when available)

REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

  1. RSVP/Registration is required in order to attend a gathering, no matter what zone you want to join. Registration will also be available at the door on Sunday morning. As registration is general admission, please arrive with your whole party so you can all be seated together. 
  2. Kids Classes, we are offering kids classes in the 9:00 a.m. and 11:15a.m. gatherings. For more information and how to register, please visit our Kids Sunday Morning page.
  3. We ask that you carefully observe physical distancing by keeping at least six feet between you and other households/bubbles at all times. Please fellowship and pray for each other at safe distances, even in lobbies or in entering or leaving the building.
  4. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. Services will continue to be provided online each week.
  5. Please sanitize/wash hands upon entry at one of the provided stations.
  6. We ask that you bring a mask and wear it whenever you are inside the building. You may remove your mask to take communion.
  7. If you are over the age of 70 or are immunocompromised, the province has asked us to highlight for you that COVID-19 presents an increased risk to your health. We want you to make an informed decision about attending, but if you decide to come, we are excited to welcome you!
