Prayer & Worship Night

Prayer & Worship Night

REGISTER TO ATTEND IN-PERSON
OR JOIN US ONLINE VIA LIVE-STREAM

Date:
 September 24th, 2020
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: The Centre – 777 Homer St

Registration is required to attend in-person. See registration and details below.

Once a month, we gather to pray for the world, the city, our healthcare workers, and for one another. Our worship team leads us through a simple acoustic worship set, and Pastor Matt leads prayer throughout the evening. On these nights, there is also the opportunity to share encouragement or words that you feel the Lord is giving to the body.

Would you consider serving on our Worship or Production teams? Check out our serving page!

JOIN US ONLINE VIA LIVE-STREAM

We know that not everyone feels comfortable or is able to join us in-person, whether that's due to capacity limits or because you or someone in your immediate circle is more vulnerable to illness. Because of this, we want to make sure we're caring for the church body as a whole and offering ways you can join in from home. Why not get your bubble together and spend some time in worship together—along with the many others in our church body that will be worshipping with us around the city!

Link will go live before the live-stream starts on Thursday, September 24th.

REGISTER TO ATTEND IN-PERSON

You're invited to come and gather at The Centre for a night of Prayer and Worship! Similar to how we operate on Sunday mornings, we will open up separate zones to gather. Capacity is limited and registration is required.

Registration for Prayer & Worship Night will open at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22nd. Registration link is found at the bottom of this page.

Please stay home and participate in our online live-stream (info above) if you or anyone in your household:

  • has had a fever in the past 14 days,
  • has returned from traveling to another country and is required to quarantine for 14 days,

REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

  1. RSVP/Registration is required in order to attend a gathering, no matter what zone you want to join. Be sure to add attendees for all members of your party (including yourself) before submitting your registration. No admittance will be permitted without having previously registered, however you’ll be able to join the walk-in queue. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a space.
  2. We are not able to offer childcare for in-person Prayer & Worship Nights.
  3. We ask that you carefully observe physical distancing by keeping at least six feet between you and other households/bubbles at all times. Please fellowship and pray for each other at safe distances, even in lobbies or in entering or leaving the building.
  4. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. Services will continue to be provided online each week.
  5. Please sanitize/wash hands upon entry at one of the provided stations.
  6. We ask that you bring a mask and wear it during singing for both the safety of you and your neighbour.
  7. Don’t be offended if a staff member or volunteer asks you to mind your distance or put on a mask—it’s easy to forget these things when we’re with people we care about, so we will probably all need reminders from time to time.

Registration is required and we cannot guarantee space for walk-ups the evening of.
